Tirion wasn't exactly right when he promised the Lich King a swift death. It took us quite a number of intensive raids to figure out what the Big Bad had in store for us as the final fight of his self-titled expansion.

It. Was. A. Lot. But we had more. More tenacity. More strength. More wits. More pizzazz.

And now, we are ready for the coup de grâce: HEROIC MODE! \o/
... well, next week anyway. Damn that new system.

So... I've had a few pages of innuendo prepared for this kill, but for your sake I'll just let it rest.

One thing I can't let rest, though: Why's it always got to be bloody elves? It's not like they would be my first bet for being the WoW-equivalent of vampires. Just imagine this whole wing being populated by blood-sucking gnomes! Much, much scarier.

Back in Sunwell, it was a skeletal she-dragon that blocked our progress for good. Her constant spewing of poisonous goo, exploding of raid members and carpet bombing the area with mind-altering gas was more than AoT managed to take.

Compared to this, Sindragosa, who had been roaring at us from our login screens since the launch of WotLK, could have been a walk in the park ... if only it weren't for that voice! Every damn time! Do I care that our pathetic magic BETRAaaAAyyYS us?! No! I'm a hunter, for A'dalsakes!

Been a bit sparse with my witty quips on our kill shots lately. Had to recharge my smug batteries. Rest assured though that they are fully charged now and ready to go! Let's give 'em a whirl, shall we?
