Ignis the Furnace Master

Abilities

Scorch (Fire) - Burns everyone in front of Ignis. Also a flame pad will appear below the MT. Stationary while channeling.
Flame Jets (Fire) - Everyone in the raid will take Fire Damage. If you get hit while casting a spell, you will be silenced for 6 seconds!
Slag Pot (Debuff) - Ignis graps a random raid member and puts it into his slag pot. He will take damage over 10 seconds and get a haste buff if he survives.
Strength of the Creator (Buff) - For everyone of Ignis' adds that's alive he'll gain one stack of this buff, increasing his damage by 15% each.

We also have construct adds in this fight:

Heat (Debuff) - If a construct is standing in a flame pad, it will gain this buff. Once it reaches 10 stacks it will melt.
Molten (Debuff) - The construct is molten, it will damage everyone near them. It will stay molten for 20 seconds.
Brittle (Buff) - A molten construct will become brittle if it reaches a water pond. Will shatter if dealt more than 5000 damage in a single hit.
Shatter (Physical) - A brittle construct explodes, dealing 19k damage to everyone next to it. Ignores armor!

Class requirements

You need one tank for Ignis and at least one for the adds. If you are slow on add killing, you may need two.

The pull

Pulling will be done by a hunter misdirecting to the MT which stands northeast or northwest of the raid.

Positions and strategy

The goal of this fight is to quickly kill the activated constructs so Ignis won't gain many damage buffs and your MT won't get crunched. Besides that, it's a tank and spank encounter.

The Fight:

Your raid will stay in between the two ponds creating a safe zone. You may put down totems in this area to make the place more trackable.

The MT will kite Ignis around this safe zone, creating flame pads next to each other in a circle. If the flame pads are close to each other, it's easier for the OT to tank the adds inside them. The MT can start moving when he sees Ignis channeling his Scorch spell, because he will be stationary at that point and the flame pad will spawn at the spot the MT stood when he started channeling.

This will be continued till Ignis drops dead.

The OT will need to tank his constructs in the flame pad so they gain heat and at 10 stacks become molten. Once molten, they'll wipe their threat, so make sure they don't run off to the raid at that point! Pull them towards a water pong and run away from them once they are brittle and stunned. Have one of the range dps take out the construct with one shot. An arcane mage works best on this, but everyone that has 5000 crits can do it.

Raid and especially healers need to be aware of the Flame Jet as you will be silenced if you get hit by that spell when casting. If you see him casting the spell, stop your actions and use instant spells at that point. Also make sure you heal the person in Ignis' slag pot or you may lose your raiders slowly.

If you manage to deal with the adds quickly, this fight is no real wall for your.

Normal Difficulty

The adds spawn a bit slower.
